Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a restaurant workspace and using KOT99, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or web portal.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and restaurant invite codes, and for all activity carried out by staff members you grant access to.

3. Plans and billing

KOT99 offers a Free plan and a paid Gold plan. New accounts receive a free 7-day Gold trial after completing restaurant setup; trial usage limits apply. Lite is coming soon and is not yet available for purchase. Gold was previously named Pro.

Available prices, billing cycles and payment methods are shown in your account before purchase. Checkout options vary by country and platform and may use Razorpay, Cashfree or Google Play. Manage your subscription through your account or the provider shown on your purchase receipt.

Prices, features, and billing cycles may change; we will notify you of material changes in advance. See our Refund Policy for billing and cancellation terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app or web portal, attempt to disrupt its infrastructure, reverse engineer the software, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data and content

You retain ownership of your restaurant, menu, order, and customer data. We process this data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep KOT99 available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or issues with third-party infrastructure may occasionally affect availability.

7. Limitation of liability

KOT99 is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, QUBELEX PVT LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or web portal.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of KOT99 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
