Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

The payment provider for your KOT99 Gold purchase is shown at checkout and on your receipt. All payments for KOT99 Gold are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason, once the charge has been made.

2. No refunds under any circumstances

This includes, without limitation:

Change of mind or no longer wanting the plan; not using, or under-using, the plan during a billing period; cancelling partway through a billing period; dissatisfaction with features; and switching to a different plan or billing cycle.

Converting from the free trial to a paid Gold plan does not create any refund eligibility. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription and a payment is charged, that payment is final. We do not issue refunds for trial-to-paid conversions under any circumstances.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Manage Account in the app or web portal. Cancelling stops future charges from the next billing cycle onward, but does not refund the current billing period or any past charge.

4. Google Play purchases

If your KOT99 purchase was billed through Google Play, check your purchase history and subscription settings in Google Play. Contact support@kot99.in if you need help identifying a KOT99 charge.

5. Questions

If you have a question about a charge or your billing history, write to us at support@kot99.in. This policy is strict and requests for exceptions to it will not be granted.
