What’s included in the 7-day trial?
The trial includes up to 100 menu items, 10 categories, 15 tables, 30 customers and 5 staff, with a monthly billing allowance of 10,000 bills during the trial. Some features require paid Gold.
The trial starts when a new account completes restaurant setup. No payment is needed to begin. To keep paid Gold access after the trial, choose a plan in the app; otherwise Free limits apply.
How do I start my free 7-day trial?
Download KOT99 for Android, create a new account and complete your restaurant setup. Your 7-day Gold trial starts then, with no payment needed to begin. See the trial limits above.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a paid Gold plan to keep Gold access, or continue with Free. Existing restaurant data remains visible; the active plan’s limits apply to new items and orders.
Is Gold the same plan previously called Pro?
Yes. The Pro plan has been renamed Gold. You’ll now see Gold in KOT99 and on this website.
Can my team use tables, kitchen screens and printers?
Yes. Paid Gold includes staff roles, dine-in table management, kitchen displays, guest QR ordering and station-based printer routing. Request a demo to check the workflow and printer setup for your restaurant.
Can I use KOT99 on the web?
KOT99 is available on Android, with web tools for restaurant operations. Paid Gold includes the web counter. Contact us if you need help choosing a setup.
When will Lite be available?
Lite is coming soon. Features, pricing and a launch date have not been announced yet. Free and Gold are available now.
